About

Life can be a rodeo, full of ups & downs. Sometimes you hit the dirt in the arena without lasting the full 8 seconds. You get up, walk off, consider your options and start again.

There are a number of challenges in my arena:

  • ADHD
  • Learning disabilities
  • Dyslexia
  • Gluten intolerance
  • I am a survivor of stage 3 uterine cancer
  • I am HLA-B27+ which means I have any number of autoimmune issues plaguing me at any given time.
  • Aging – become elderly!

I am constantly thinking about how to either stay well, be well, focus enough, stay on track, lower inflammation, etc…

When I was young, I spent a lot of time at the rodeo. There’s something about the ride….those 8 seconds.  Today, I am riding high or hitting the dirt.  This is why my site is called Rodeo of the Mind.  I am either reeling from something that just hit me or I am looking for life hacks, solutions, natural health aids or other things that will help improve the quality of my life.
